I started practicing yoga as a way to protect and strengthen my body as working in catering for over a decade had become very taxing on my body which left me with lower back pain and a frozen shoulder. I've been practicing yoga for over 9 years now and it's a way of life I will continue to pursue. Sport has always been a very important part of my life with a background as a martial arts instructor. Developing strength, balance and flexibility with a strong focus on alignment for a deeper yoga practice, are all the core essentials of my teaching.
Qualifications:
Roxy completed her 200 hour Yoga Alliance US teacher training in 2015 with Shanti Power Yoga.
Then added a further 60 YA training in Yin yoga under the guidance of Austin Ince.
